SignagePro Network Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the SignagePro Network, operated by Synetic (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an installer or signage professional (“you”, “Installer”) within our network.

By joining the SignagePro Network, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Qualifications

  • You confirm that you are a qualified signage installer with all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance to perform your work legally and safely.

  • You agree to provide valid evidence of your insurance and certifications upon request.

3. Role of Synetic

  • Synetic acts as an intermediary connecting clients with qualified installers through the SignagePro Network.

  • We facilitate communication, quoting, scheduling, and payment processes but do not perform any installation work ourselves.

  • Synetic does not guarantee any minimum volume of projects or work assignments.

4. Installer Obligations

  • You agree to perform all installations and related services to a professional standard, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and health & safety requirements.

  • You will provide accurate quotes and complete projects within agreed timelines.

  • You will maintain appropriate insurance coverage at all times during your participation in the network.

  • You will communicate promptly with Synetic and clients regarding project status or issues.

5. Payment Terms

  • Synetic will act as the payment intermediary, accepting payments from clients for projects procured through the SignagePro Network.

  • Installers will be paid by Synetic based on the agreed-upon rates set before job acceptance.

  • Payments to installers will be made promptly upon confirmation of job completion and client approval.

  • Synetic reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of disputes, incomplete work, or non-compliance with project terms until resolution.

  • Installers acknowledge that Synetic is responsible for processing payments but is not liable for delays caused by client payment issues.

  • All invoicing and payment processing will be handled by Synetic to simplify the financial transaction for both clients and installers.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • You authorize Synetic to share your contact information and credentials with clients as necessary to facilitate projects.

  • Synetic will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

  • You agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the network to third parties.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate your participation in the SignagePro Network at any time with written notice.

  • Upon termination, you agree to complete any ongoing projects or notify clients appropriately.

8. Liability

  • Synetic is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your work or interactions with clients.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Synetic harmless against any claims related to your installation work.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Synetic may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Continued participation in the network after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
