The Signage Industry Didn't Miss Digital Transformation. It Stopped Halfway.

For years, we've been calling digital signage the industry's digital transformation.

I don't think that's true.

The technology evolved.

The customer experience didn't.

Today, a business looking to improve how it communicates with customers still has to navigate a fragmented ecosystem.

One company for physical signage.

Another for commercial displays.

Another for installation.

Another for content management.

Another for content creation.

Each business does its job well.

But from the customer's perspective, the experience is still disconnected.

That's not digital transformation.

That's digitising individual parts of an old process.

Real transformation happens when the entire journey becomes simpler.

That's the opportunity I believe our industry has been waiting for.

The next generation of business visibility won't be defined by better screens or faster software.

It'll be defined by removing complexity.

I think we're only just getting started.
