SignagePro DIY Kits – Terms of Service

By purchasing or using SignagePro vehicle graphics and signage kits, you agree to the following terms:

1. Application & Installation

SignagePro DIY kits are designed for self-installation. It's your responsibility to ensure the surface is clean, sound and ready for application—especially the paint condition.
Issues caused by incorrect installation (stretching, misalignment, contamination, etc.) aren’t covered under warranty.

2. Surface Suitability & Damage

We’re not liable for damage to vehicle paintwork during application or removal, including paint lifting, scratches or residue.
Older, repaired or resprayed finishes are more prone to damage. Assess your surface before use.

3. Storage & Handling

Store graphics flat and install within 30 days for best results. Avoid applying in cold, damp or overly hot conditions.

4. Transit Issues

If your kit arrives damaged or creased, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll review and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

5. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements for proven defects (e.g. misprint, faulty vinyl).
We don’t cover errors due to installation or surface issues.
Made a mistake during fitting? No worries—we’ll replace the affected piece for free (postage excluded), with proof and confirmation that guidelines were followed.

6. Usage Guidelines

Our graphics are intended for smooth, clean, standard vehicle paintwork. Use on unconventional surfaces (like wraps, rust, matte paint or textured finishes) is at your own risk.

7. Warranty

SignagePro vinyl DIY kits come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects like peeling or print fade.
This doesn’t cover damage from incorrect application, exposure, unsuitable surfaces or removal.
Warranty claims must include photos and proof of purchase.

8. Installation Support

We’re happy to offer general installation guidance, but final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure proper methods and a suitable surface.
