Refund & Exchange Policy

All our signage kits are custom-made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have questions or concerns about your order, we’re here to help—just reach out to us.

Damages & Product Issues

If you believe there’s an issue with your delivered product, please contact us at management@syneticlabs.co.uk Under your statutory rights, your SignagePro: DIY Kit product must:

  • Match the design proof in all material aspects

  • Be free from major defects in design, materials or workmanship

  • Be fit for its intended use

  • Be of satisfactory quality

If your product doesn’t meet these criteria, you may reject or request a replacement—provided that:

  • You notify us within 5 business days of delivery for visible issues, or a reasonable time for hidden defects

  • You provide relevant details, including photos or videos of the issue

  • You return the product to us if requested

If valid, we’ll offer to repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion.

Design & Display Notes

We aim to match your approved design as closely as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays

  • Final layout or dimensions may differ by minor amounts due to production tolerances
