Refund & Exchange Policy
All our signage kits are custom-made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have questions or concerns about your order, we’re here to help—just reach out to us.
Damages & Product Issues
If you believe there’s an issue with your delivered product, please contact us at management@syneticlabs.co.uk Under your statutory rights, your SignagePro: DIY Kit product must:
Match the design proof in all material aspects
Be free from major defects in design, materials or workmanship
Be fit for its intended use
Be of satisfactory quality
If your product doesn’t meet these criteria, you may reject or request a replacement—provided that:
You notify us within 5 business days of delivery for visible issues, or a reasonable time for hidden defects
You provide relevant details, including photos or videos of the issue
You return the product to us if requested
If valid, we’ll offer to repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion.
Design & Display Notes
We aim to match your approved design as closely as possible. However:
Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays
Final layout or dimensions may differ by minor amounts due to production tolerances
Rest assured—we’ll always strive to deliver a high-quality result that aligns with your expectations.
